Version: Trader Edition · CME FIX (NO-MTF build) · Strefa Tradingu
A complete guide to the latest version of the indicator. It covers the real settings, zones, signals, entry strategies and position management. This is a decision-support tool, not an automated system — it shows you where to look; the decision and the execution are yours.
Smart Range Logic [Pro] is Strefa Tradingu’s flagship TradingView indicator. It combines our own Smart Levels maths (premium / discount / flow levels around the dealing range) with a Smart Money (ICT) approach. On the chart it draws “cheap / expensive” zones, the CME Fix anchor and ready-made entry boxes (TRADE ZONE) with SL and TP levels, while the FCE (Fractal Confluence Engine) scores the quality of every setup.
🔒 CME Fix Anchor (see chapter 3).For the crypto and index trader who wants to trade from discount all the way to take-profit on one coherent tool — from intraday (M15–H1) to swing (H4–D1).
Settings group: 🧬 Smart Levels Quantum Matrix.
The indicator builds a fractal grid of levels around the current price range. The range is divided into relative zones 0.0 – 1.0, where the bottom (0.0) is “cheap” (Discount) and the top (1.0) is “expensive” (Premium).
The 🌀 Fractal Harmonic (Exponent) field, 2187 by default. This is the density of the grid. Match it to your timeframe:
| Timeframe | Recommended Fractal Harmonic |
|---|---|
| M1 – M5 | 9 – 27 |
| M15 – M30 | 81 – 243 |
| H1 – D1 (default) | 2187 |
| D1 – W1 | 6561 – 19683 |
Rule of thumb: levels too dense → increase the exponent; too sparse → decrease it.
The grid marks the key levels inside the range: the edges (0.0 / 1.0), equilibrium (0.5 / EQ) and the zone thresholds (0.33 / 0.66). These are where signals appear and where price reacts.
Note: when you enable CME Fix Anchor (chapter 3), the EQ line becomes the CME fix line and replaces the Fractal Harmonic grid. Outside the four CME coins the grid reverts to harmonic mode.
Settings group: 🔒 CME Fix Anchor. This anchors the range to the official CME fixing instead of the pure harmonic grid — it works only for BTC · ETH · SOL · XRP (because those are the only ones CME publishes an official fixing for).
BTC1! / ETH1! / SOL1! / XRP1!), i.e. on the same instrument CME uses for its own table. Alternatives: Futures (perp) and Spot (Binance) — for comparison.Below are the indicator’s modules: what they do, the key fields, and when to switch them on.
An adaptive layer that tunes level behaviour to current volatility. Leave it on defaults until you know the basics.
The heart of risk management. Careful — the most common mistake: if you turn on both modes at once (ATR and Multi-TP), ATR wins and Multi-TP is ignored. Use them one or the other.
Scores setup quality 0–13 (zone, H4 bias, D1 bias, FVG, PO3, EMA alignment, bonus).
All; want a stricter filter? Raise the threshold to 7–8.Institutional liquidity zones — the places where the big players leave footprints and where price likes to turn.
An EMA ribbon — 20 / 50 / 100 / 200 — as a trend filter. The legend warns you: trend readings are calculated on the current timeframe, so always confirm direction on a higher one (HTF).
The Smart Money footprint in PO3 (Power of Three) terms, plus Smart Money Blocks. Context for your bias, not a standalone trigger.
OFF by default. An independent PO3 grid with its own signal boxes (green = LONG, red = SHORT), a bias arrow and Safe TP / Frame Suggested SL lines. Switch it on as rock-solid trend confirmation when you want a second, independent layer.
The range splits into three relative zones. The active zone is shown in the Command Center.
The lower part of the range. Favours LONG — you are buying low. Main setup: a reversal out of discount.
The middle of the range: equilibrium, and the decision zone. Avoid entering in the very middle — wait until price reaches an edge.
The upper part of the range. Favours SHORT — you are selling high. Main setup: a rejection from premium.
Before an entry appears, price often sweeps liquidity beyond the edge and comes back. The setup sequence: edge sweep → reclaim (2 candles close back inside) → retest → Signal Box.
Group: ⚡ Liquidity Void / FVG (PO3). A Fair Value Gap is an imbalance left behind by a fast move in price — an area the market usually comes back to.
In every setup the TRADE ZONE box carries ready SL and TP levels on its labels (enable “Display Live Trade Parameters”). Enter in line with the H4 / D1 bias from the Command Center.
A mirror image of #1: the PREMIUM zone + a red box + a PASS badge → SHORT from the top of the range.
SL and TP calculated from current volatility (ATR). Defaults: Lookback 14, Coefficient 0.618. On crypto: Lookback 20–30, Coefficient 1.0–1.5.
Once the set profit threshold is reached, the indicator signals moving the stop to break-even (the Break Even alert in the Alert Hub).
Partial exits at three targets by Risk/Reward (2.0 by default). Remember: ATR and Multi-TP work as alternatives — when both are on, ATR wins.
Yes, but match the grid: Fractal Harmonic on M15–M30 is 81–243, on M1–M5 it is 9–27. The default 2187 is meant for H1–D1. M1 generates a lot of noise — we recommend M15 and above.
Check: (1) whether Premium FVG Alert in the Alert Hub is ON (OFF = no icons and no alerts); (2) whether price is at a key level (0.0/0.33/0.66/1.0), because that is the only place they form; (3) whether an FVG actually occurred. A quiet day = price sitting in the middle of the range.
Adjust the Fractal Harmonic (Exponent): too dense → increase it, too sparse → decrease it. Match it to your timeframe (table in chapter 2.1).
A liquidity grab: price briefly breaks through the edge of the range (clearing stop-losses) and then comes back. It is a trap for latecomers — the sweep → reclaim → retest → box sequence gives you an entry against the crowd.
CME Fix mode works only for BTC · ETH · SOL · XRP. On any other coin, enter a Manual FIX or switch the mode off (you will fall back to the Fractal Harmonic grid). On a free TradingView account CME data is delayed by ~10 min — today’s fix settles shortly after 16:00 London.
It was removed in this version for loading speed. The higher-timeframe candle overlay is now a separate indicator — SRL Fractal Structure 🔭.
The TRADE ZONE entry boxes do not repaint — zone logic is processed on candle close, so a confirmed signal stays put. The Smart Levels lines and zones themselves are a projection and shift with the grid (that is a forecast, not a signal). Read the badge score after the signal candle closes.
In the Alert Hub, tick the toggles you need (LONG/SHORT Entry, Premium FVG and Break Even are ON by default; PO3/SMB/FRAMES are OFF). Then on the chart: alarm clock → Condition: Smart Range Logic → “Any alert() function call” — a single alert will handle every enabled event.
It is the FCE engine’s score (0–13): the sum of setup confirmations (zone, HTF H4/D1, FVG, PO3, EMA, bonus). PASS = it cleared the threshold (5 by default). The Command Center gives you the breakdown by component — so you can see “why that number”.
