Investment and affiliate disclaimer of “Strefa Tradingu”

1. Educational nature of the content

  1. All content made available on the Strefa Tradingu Website, including in particular:
    1. video recordings, online courses, webinars,
    2. analyses, market commentary, strategy descriptions,
    3. educational signals, alerts, indicators, tools,
    4. presentations of historical results, statistics, account screenshots,
    5. content published on Discord, Telegram and other Community channels,
      is of an exclusively informational and educational nature.
  2. This content does not constitute:
    1. investment recommendations,
    2. individual investment advice,
    3. general recommendations concerning transactions in financial instruments,
    4. a portfolio management service,
    5. crypto-asset services (in particular advice on crypto-assets, administration of crypto-assets, or execution of orders on crypto-assets on behalf of a client).

2. No licence and no regulated services

  1. Strefa Tradingu:
    1. is not an investment firm, a brokerage house or any other financial institution,
    2. does not hold an authorisation from the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) or any other supervisory authority to provide brokerage services, investment advice or portfolio management,
    3. is not an entity providing crypto-asset services within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 of the European Parliament and of the Council (MiCA).
  2. Use of the Website does not create on the User’s side any legal relationship consisting in:
    1. the provision of brokerage services,
    2. the management of an investment portfolio,
    3. the maintenance of an investment or cryptocurrency account,
    4. the execution of orders on the User’s behalf.

3. Investment risk

  1. Investing in the financial markets, including in particular:
    1. in futures contracts and other derivatives,
    2. in leveraged instruments,
    3. in cryptocurrencies and other crypto-assets,
      involves a high risk of losing part or all of the invested funds.
  2. The prices of financial instruments and crypto-assets may be subject to sudden and unpredictable fluctuations, and past results, statistics and historical transactions do not guarantee similar results in the future.
  3. The User should invest only funds whose loss will not adversely affecttheir life and financial situation.
  4. The use of financial leverage and trading in futures contracts may lead to a dynamic amplification of both profits and losses, including the loss of funds allocated as position collateral.

4. Copy trading and automatic copying of transactions

  1. The copy trading features available on some Partner Exchanges (including WEEX, Bitget, MEXC — entities without MiCA authorisation; offering not directed at EU residents) consist in the following:
    1. the transactions of a selected trader (e.g. a team member, an “elite trader”, another User) are automatically or semi-automatically copied on the User’s account,
    2. once the copy trading parameters have been set, orders may be opened and closed without manual confirmation by the User in each individual case,
    3. the Partner Exchange’s system may operate in an automated manner, in accordance with previously set parameters (e.g. amount, leverage, risk limits).
  2. Strefa Tradingu:
    1. does not provide the technical copy trading service,
    2. has no access to Users’ accounts on the Partner Exchanges,
    3. does not execute orders or manage Users’ funds,
    4. does not guarantee that any transaction will be correctly copied on the User’s account.
  3. The decision to:
    1. use copy trading,
    2. select a trader to copy,
    3. set the copy trading parameters (amount, leverage, risk limits),
      is made independently by the User and at the User’s sole risk and responsibility.
  4. The User should:
    1. read the full copy trading terms of the given Partner Exchange (including risk documents, terms and conditions, and limitations of liability),
    2. understand that even the most experienced trader may incur losses, and copying their transactions is not a guarantee of profit,
    3. use the risk management tools made available by the Partner Exchanges (stop loss, take profit, exposure limits, maximum loss).
  5. Any losses incurred by the User as a result of using copy trading on the Partner Exchanges are borne exclusively by the User.

5. Historical results and transaction examples

  1. Results, statistics, account screenshots, profit/loss charts and other materials presenting real or simulated transactions:
    1. are of an illustrative and educational nature,
    2. relate to specific periods, market conditions and risk parameters that may not recur,
    3. do not constitute a promise or guarantee of achieving the same or similar results in the future.
  2. The User should not make investment decisions solely on the basis of the presented results or statistics, but should take into account their own financial situation, investment objectives and risk tolerance.

6. Affiliation and potential conflict of interest

  1. The Strefa Tradingu Website contains affiliate links and referral codes to the Partner Exchanges.
  2. MiCA classification: OKX, Bybit, Coinbase and Kraken hold authorisations enabling them to provide crypto-asset services in the European Union (MiCA regulation). WEEX, Bitget, MEXC and FTMO do not hold MiCA authorisation — their offering is not directed at residents of the European Union and is presented on the Website exclusively to non-EU users. If you are an EU resident and nevertheless use the services of these entities, you do so entirely at your own risk. The Website employs technical measures (IP geolocation verification) restricting the presentation of these offerings to users connecting from within the EU.
  3. If the User registers on a Partner Exchange using a Strefa Tradingu affiliate link or code, Strefa Tradingu may receive:
    1. commissions on trading volume,
    2. other benefits (e.g. fee rebates, bonuses, remuneration from the partner programme).
  4. The above may constitute a potential conflict of interest, in particular with regard to:
    1. promoting specific Partner Exchanges,
    2. presenting content encouraging the use of particular copy trading services.
  5. Notwithstanding the above:
    1. the Website maintains its educational nature,
    2. the User makes investment decisions independently and at their own risk.

7. No liability for the User’s decisions

  1. The User acknowledges that they:
    1. independently assess the usefulness of the content published on the Website,
    2. independently make investment decisions,
    3. bear full responsibility for the consequences of their actions in the financial markets, including the consequences of using the services of the Partner Exchanges and copy trading.
  2. Strefa Tradingu bears no liability for:
    1. losses incurred by the User as a result of trading in the financial markets,
    2. the User’s misinterpretation of the educational content,
    3. failures, errors or other technical problems on the side of the Partner Exchanges or external service providers.

8. Summary

By using the Strefa Tradingu Website, the User confirms that they:

  1. have read this Disclaimer,
  2. understand the risks associated with investing and with copy trading,
  3. accept that any actions they take in the financial markets are undertaken solely at their own responsibility.
