1. General information

  1. This cookie policy (hereinafter: the “Cookie Policy”) sets out the rules for the use of cookies and similar technologies on the Website https://strefatradingu.pl/ (hereinafter: the “Website”).
  2. The entity placing information (cookies) on the User’s end device and gaining access to it is Klub Zero sp. z o.o., ul. Dr. Lucjana Mendego 2, 44-300 Wodzisław Śląski, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 6472620078, KRS 0001261956.

2. What are cookies?

  1. Cookies are small text files saved on the User’s end device (computer, tablet, smartphone) while using the Website.
  2. Cookies may be:
    1. session cookies – stored until the browser is closed,
    2. persistent cookies – stored for a specified period or until deleted by the User.

3. What cookies do we use and for what purposes?

  1. The following categories of cookies may be used on the Website:
    1. Essential (technical):
      • they ensure the proper functioning of the Website and its basic functions (e.g. maintaining the User’s session, remembering privacy settings),
      • they are required to use the Website; their use does not require the User’s consent.
    2. Analytical and statistical:
      • they serve to collect information about the manner in which the Website is used (e.g. subpages visited, duration of the visit, entry source),
      • they help improve the Website and adapt it to Users’ needs,
      • they may be operated, among others, by external analytical tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
    3. Marketing (only with consent):
      • they serve to measure ad performance and to target ads,
      • on the Website: Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), cookie _fbp, stored for up to 90 days,
      • and the Google Ads tag (Google Ireland Limited), Google cookies such as _gcl_au, stored for up to 90 days,
      • they are set only after you click “I agree” in the banner at the bottom of the page; without consent the pixel does not run and the Google tag works in consent-denied mode (Google Consent Mode): it does not set or read advertising cookies and sends Google only cookieless signals (that a page was visited or an event happened, the time, browser type and the IP address from which Google derives an approximate country), which Google uses only for statistical modelling of ad performance (the Controller's legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — you may object by writing to us). After consent we also use Meta advanced matching and the Conversions API (SHA-256 hash of the email, phone and name from a form) and Google enhanced conversions and remarketing, including on YouTube.
  2. Detailed information about the cookies used (type, provider, retention period) may be presented within the consent management tool (cookie banner).

4. Legal basis for the use of cookies

  1. The legal basis for the use of essential cookies is the Controller’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring the proper functioning of the Website.
  2. The legal basis for the use of analytical and marketing cookies is the User’s consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the cookie banner or browser settings.

5. Managing cookies

  1. On their first visit to the Website, a banner with two equal buttons appears at the bottom of the page:
    1. “I agree” — consent to marketing cookies (Meta Pixel and Google Ads),
    2. “Necessary only” — no marketing cookies.
    Making no choice means no consent.
  2. The User may change their cookie settings at any time by:
    1. changing their web browser settings,
    2. the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page, or here: Change cookie settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  3. Restricting the use of cookies may affect certain functionalities of the Website.

6. Third-party cookies

  1. Third-party cookies may be used on the Website, in particular:
    1. Google (Google Analytics, YouTube),
    2. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) — Meta Pixel with advanced matching and server events (Conversions API), only with consent; for the collection of data with the pixel and its transfer to Meta, the Controller and Meta are joint controllers (Article 26 GDPR),
    3. Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — Google Ads tag: before consent only cookieless signals (Consent Mode), after consent measurement, remarketing (including YouTube) and enhanced conversions; for this purpose Google acts as an independent controller,
    4. tools related to embedding content (e.g. YouTube videos, social plugins).
  2. These entities may process data using cookies for their own purposes, in accordance with their own privacy policies.

7. Amendments to the Cookie Policy

The current version of the Cookie Policy is always available on the Website.

The Controller reserves the right to amend the Cookie Policy in the event of a change in the technology used on the Website or a change in the provisions of law.
