Strefa Tradingu Discord Terms of Service – Rights to Content and Rules of Participation
(Discord - Platforms - YouTube - all communication and publication channels)

Content made available within the Strefa Tradingu project (in particular on the Discord server, on the LMS platform, on YouTube channels, on social media and in other communication channels) is of an exclusively informational and educational nature and is an expression of subjective views on the market.

§1. General provisions

  1. These terms of service (the “Terms”) set out the rules of participation in the Strefa Tradingu project (formerly RealTrading), covering in particular:
    • the Discord server,
    • the educational platform (including the Service course platform and other LMS tools),
    • YouTube channels,
    • groups and channels on social media (e.g. Telegram, X, Facebook, Instagram and others),
    • recordings, live streams, recording archives, video, text and graphic materials,
    • any other communication and publication channels operated by the Strefa Tradingu Administration.
  2. The administrator of the project is the owner of the Strefa Tradingu brand (the “Administration”).
  3. Use of any Strefa Tradingu communication channel constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  4. The condition for obtaining access to the full content of the project is acceptance of the Terms in the manner indicated by the Administration (e.g. by clicking the relevant emoji / receiving a rank).

§2. Educational nature and absence of advice

  1. All content made available within Strefa Tradingu is of an exclusively informational and educational nature.
  2. In particular, it does not constitute:
    • an individual investment recommendation,
    • a general recommendation concerning transactions in financial instruments or crypto-assets,
    • an investment advisory or portfolio management service.
  3. Users use the content solely at their own responsibility.
    The Administration bears no liability for investment decisions made on the basis of the project’s materials.

§3. Rules of conduct, safety and prohibited actions

  1. Users are obliged to maintain personal courtesy and respect towards others.
  2. The following in particular is prohibited:
    • harassment, hate speech, sexism, racism, discrimination,
    • spam, self-promotion and advertising of content unrelated to Strefa Tradingu without the Administration’s consent,
    • publishing content that is unlawful or infringes personal rights, copyrights or trademarks,
    • publishing content depicting nudity, sex, violence or other content deemed inappropriate by the Administration.
  3. The following is absolutely forbidden:
    • phishing for login credentials, passwords, private keys, seed phrases, KYC data and other sensitive information,
    • impersonating other Users or members of the Administration.
  4. The Administration may remove content that violates the Terms and block access for Users who break the rules.

§4. Rights to content published by Users (licence)

  1. Each User, by publishing any content within the Strefa Tradingu project (in particular: screen recordings, training sessions, voice statements, chat posts, video materials, graphics, presentations, documents, comments, live streams), grants Strefa Tradingu:
    • a non-exclusive,
    • royalty-free,
    • territorially unlimited
      licence to use that content for an indefinite period.
  2. The licence includes in particular the right to:
    • record and reproduce the content using any technique,
    • publicly perform and make it available on the Internet and other networks,
    • publish it on LMS platforms (including the Service course platform), on YouTube, on social media and in marketing materials,
    • use it for the project’s commercial purposes (including in paid and free materials, in affiliate models, and in promotional campaigns),
    • modify, edit, shorten, translate and combine it with other materials,
    • use it in courses, training sessions, promotional materials and the project’s archives.
  3. The licence also covers the period after the User leaves the server or the project – with respect to content published during their participation.
  4. The User may terminate the granted licence only with effect for the future, subject to a one-year notice period, counted from the date on which the notice of termination is delivered to the Administration.
    Termination of the licence:
    • does not affect the lawfulness of the use of the content to date,
    • does not apply to content already used in published materials (e.g. recordings, courses, archives).
  5. The User declares that:
    • they hold full rights to the published materials or appropriate authorisations to make them available,
    • the publication does not infringe the rights of third parties.
      The User is liable for any infringement of third-party rights caused by their materials.

§5. Co-creators, trainers and involved persons

  1. Persons granted the status of co-creator, trainer or presenter by the Administration grant Strefa Tradingu a licence to the materials created within the project under the rules set out in §4, with the following clarifications:
    • these materials form an integral part of Strefa Tradingu’s educational and marketing resources,
    • they may be used without time limitation within the project, including after the cooperation with the given person has ended,
    • they may be used in courses, training sessions, paid and free educational packages and in the project’s marketing communications.
  2. Content created and made available by members of the Community (including on Discord) may be used by Strefa Tradingu:
    • in educational materials and online courses,
    • on YouTube channels and other video platforms,
    • on social media platforms (including Facebook, Meta, Instagram, X, Telegram),
    • on the Service course platform and other educational tools,
    • in other communication channels and tools used for the project’s marketing and development purposes.
  3. The User retains their moral rights (in particular the right to be credited as the author), insofar as the nature of the use of the content allows for this (e.g. in material descriptions, footers, etc.).

§6. Prohibition of copying, recording and further distribution

  1. Without the prior, express consent of the Administration, the following in particular is prohibited:
    • copying, recording, screen-capturing, downloading and further distributing materials outside the Strefa Tradingu ecosystem,
    • making courses, recordings, indicators, tools, scripts, documents or other content available to third parties,
    • reselling access to the server, courses, materials or other project resources.
  2. All materials made available within the project constitute:
    • the property of Strefa Tradingu to the extent of the rights vested in it and the licences granted to it, or
    • the property of other authorised entities that have granted a licence to Strefa Tradingu.

§7. Monetisation, affiliation and marketing

  1. Strefa Tradingu has the right to use the collected materials and content:
    • for marketing purposes,
    • for training purposes,
    • for educational purposes,
    • for commercial purposes related to the development of the project.
  2. Users accept that:
    • materials may form part of an ecosystem generating revenue for the project,
    • monetisation may be:
      • direct (e.g. paid courses, access, products),
      • indirect (e.g. affiliate programmes, commissions from partner exchanges, sponsorship, advertising).
  3. Strefa Tradingu does not accept, hold or transfer Users’ funds or crypto-assets on their behalf – any financial relationships with exchanges and partners are carried out on the basis of the separate terms and agreements of those entities.

§8. Users’ responsibility

  1. The User bears full responsibility for:
    • their actions and the content they publish within the project,
    • the consequences of sharing false information, defamation, libel or infringements of the personal rights of others,
    • infringements of copyrights, trademarks or other rights of third parties.
  2. A violation of the Terms may result in particular in:
    • a warning,
    • a temporary restriction of access,
    • permanent removal from the project,
    • and in extreme cases – reporting the matter to the appropriate authorities or taking legal action.

§9. Acceptance of the terms

  1. Acceptance of the Terms takes place in particular by:
    • clicking the emoji indicated by the Administration under the Terms, or
    • obtaining access to the project’s resources granted by the Administration (e.g. assignment of a rank/role enabling use of the channels).
  2. Failure to accept the Terms makes participation in the Strefa Tradingu project impossible.
  3. Using the server and other communication channels without having read the Terms does not release the User from the obligation to comply with them.
  4. Continued use of the Discord server or other project channels (including participation in chats, publishing content, participation in streams, use of materials) after the effective date of a new version of the Terms constitutes the User’s acceptance of that version of the Terms.

§10. Amendments to the terms and final provisions

  1. The Terms are effective from the moment of their publication by the Administration.
  2. The Administration reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time, in particular in the event of:
    a) changes to the provisions of law,
    b) changes to the project’s functionalities,
    c) the need to clarify the rules or increase security.
  3. The Administration may inform about amendments to the Terms by:
    a) updating the content of the Terms on the website,
    b) a message on the server or in other communication channels (e.g. on a designated announcement channel).
  4. An amendment to the Terms does not affect the rights acquired by the Administration under earlier versions of the Terms. In particular, licences and consents granted before the date of the amendment remain in force to the extent resulting from the Terms in force at the time they were granted.
  5. The current version of the Strefa Tradingu Discord Terms of Service is always available at:

  6. Continued use of the Discord server and other communication channels after the effective date of a new version of the Terms, in particular maintaining active participation in the project, using the channels and publishing content, constitutes the User’s acceptance of that version of the Terms.
  7. In matters not regulated by the Terms, the relevant provisions of Polish law apply.
